We project managed this from the concept through to finding, designing and then project managing the build.

The client wanted an investment that would generate 15%+ returns. Based on our knowledge of hospitality and Real Estate, we created the model, found the land and are now constructing this hotel.

We aided the client in finding the right location, designing, bidding, and then constructing and interior designing this project. It is a family home and vacation rental in Guanacaste.
Casa Suenos - Playa Grande
We have Project Managed this project from the idea to finishing the construction and onboarding the Property management team.
Jungle Ocean Villa - Osa
We aided the client in finding the land, designing and overseeing this beautiful 5 bedroom Villa build in Tres Rios de Osa.
Ananda Retreat Lodge - Guanacaste
