With over 50 years of combined experience in the Project Management, Development, Construction and Hospitality sector, we believe we can take you from an idea right through to operating, whether that be a hotel, vacation rental or commercial project.

Managing Director
With 20+ years in Costa Rica, he owned Namu Travel Group, managing $1B+ in luxury sales. He has developed and invested across the country. Richard enjoys biking, swimming and family time.
Erick Corrales
Project Director / Engineer
With 25+ years developing villas, homes, condos and commercial projects across Costa Rica, Erick is an avid triathlete, runner and family man. He brings deep local expertise to every build.
Juan Carlos Núñez
Project Manager
Juan Carlos is a senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in residential development all over Costa Rica. Juan Carlos spends his personal time hiking and with his family.
Sofia Vignoli
Project Manager
Sofia has 13+ years of experience in construction and development, including work for UNOPS. She loves traveling the world and spending quality time with her family.
María José Pérez
Hospitality Specialist
MJ has 15+ years of experience in Travel and Hospitality with iconic brands. She is a specialist in Sales, Operations and Marketing. MJ enjoys hiking, travelling and learning new languages!
Amalia León
Accounting & Tax
Amalia has over 20 years in accounting and tax. She guides the Group’s and clients' tax strategy. She loves hiking across Costa Rica and spending time with her family and dogs.

Daniel is one of the oldest members of the Belong Costa Rica team. He is a very keen cyclist and truly enjoys hiking and outdoors through the country with his beloved pet dogs.
